Fonctionnement
Operates in intermittent linear cycle: cup drop system positions empty cups onto the track via pneumatic push, the filling system dispenses product, the film system cuts and feeds pre-cut foil/roll film with waste-film rewinding, the sealing system applies heat and pressure with independent temperature-controlled heads, and the cup delivery system ejects sealed cups. Mitsubishi PLC coordinates all stations.
Processus de fonctionnement
