Fonctionnement
Powder material fed by vacuum feeder to hopper → auger (screw) metering (short-screw standard, one per lane, independent) dispenses measured powder into discharge tube → Panasonic servo film-pull drives composite film through bag-forming collar to create back-seal tube → longitudinal-seal cylinder closes back seal → cross-seal + cutter cylinder cuts bag (saw-tooth cut) → 4 lanes synchronously produce → finished-product conveyor outputs. Baideli color-mark optical fiber tracks film color marks for auto correction; Mitsubishi PLC + Inovance touchscreen controls all valve and cylinder sequences.
