SED-3-3-1XGF-B — Linear 3-in-1 Wash-Fill-Cap Monoblock for 3–10 L PET Water Bottles

Bottles enter via the infeed conveyor and pass through sequentially: Rinsing (3 stations): a manipulator clamps the bottle neck and flips it 180° so the mouth faces down; a high-pressure water pump (0.2–0.3 MPa) sprays the inside of the bottle; after rinsing the bottle is flipped back 180° and returns to the conveyor. Filling (3 stations): a cylinder extends to block and position each bottle at the filling station; the PLC executes timed volumetric filling (adjustable time and flow rate); when the set volume is reached filling stops automatically, the positioning cylinder retracts, and the bottle advances. Capping (1 station): the operator manually places caps into the cap organizer; a photoelectric switch monitors cap count and controls output speed; each cap is hung at 30° onto the bottle mouth, positioned at 10°, and the capping motor completes the screw seal.
