SED-3.2TH-D — Column-Type Bin Blender

The operator loads material into the mixing hopper and locks the filling cover. The control system then activates the hydraulic column to lift and secure the hopper onto the mixing yoke/frame. The drive system performs tumble-mixing at the set speed (3–15 r/min) for the set time (1–59 min). When mixing is complete, the hopper stops vertically, and the butterfly discharge valve is opened to discharge the material. Variable-frequency drive allows speed adjustment to suit different material densities. The safety light grating monitors the working zone and automatically stops the machine if anyone enters.
