Fonctionnement
Adjustable cup holders carry empty bottles onto the inlet conveyor → bottles enter the main machine → photoelectric sensor detects bottle presence (no-bottle-no-fill interlock) → equal-level filling nozzle descends into bottle and fills product; suck-back after fill keeps all bottle levels uniform → vibratory bowl auto-feeds spray heads; swing arm pre-presses head onto bottle → rolling capper seals the spray head → vibratory bowl feeds and orients overcaps ; cylinder presses overcap into bottle mouth; second pass completes pressing → finished bottles exit on conveyor for manual removal.
