SED-2ZSJ-I is a pneumatic vacuum feeder used as auxiliary equipment for hard capsule filling lines. It uses a gas-operated vacuum pump to convey bulk powder or granules from a container directly into downstream equipment

Fonctionnement

Compressed air drives a vacuum pump to create suction inside the hopper. With the discharge door closed by a cylinder, material is drawn through the suction hose into the vacuum hopper. After a set feeding interval (adjustable 6–15 s), the compressed air is cut off; the vacuum collapses and the cylinder opens the discharge door, releasing material into the receiving equipment. Simultaneously, stored compressed air in the air bag back-flushes the filter automatically. The cycle repeats continuously with level-control feedback: when the downstream hopper is full, the feeder stops; when it drops, the feeder restarts.

Nettoyage et entretien

1. Release hasp, remove pneumatic vacuum pump assembly (pump, air bag, and cover as a unit) — do not wash with water. 2. Remove filter element; blow with compressed air, then rinse repeatedly with hot water; back-flush with compressed air; dry before reinstall. 3. Release clip ring, remove vacuum hopper, rinse with water. No dismantling of the vacuum pump unit required for routine cleaning.
