Fonctionnement

Paper roll feeds through a pre-loading mechanism that ensures accurate paper length. A high-durability cutter trims the paper. Twin inserting heads push the paper segment into the bottle mouth. A Sick Germany photoelectric sensor detects bottle presence; no bottle — no insertion (automatic standby). The machine has fault self-diagnosis and paper-not-inserted detection to ensure continuous, accurate operation. Integrates with upstream and downstream processes via inter-machine control.
