The SED-2ZG2-5 is a compact automatic cap-hooking and crimping machine fitted with two capping heads and a servo feeder motor. Designed for glass bottles with a 27–50 mm height range, it accommodates varying glass bottle

Fonctionnement
Bottles enter via the servo-driven feed motor and indexed by a proprietary servo divider through the two capping stations. A ceramic pump filling head (if fitted) provides product fill. The four-claw rolling-on crimping head seals pure aluminum or aluminum-plastic caps. Photoelectric sensors detect missing stoppers and trigger alarm or auto-stop. Mechanical anti-burst device prevents seam explosion from misaligned caps. Same-direction in/out conveyance avoids jams.

Nettoyage et entretien
Vibration bowl height adjustment: single person, 5 minutes, no foot-cup movement. Bottle diameter change requires tooling swap (different diameters not interchangeable). Same diameter bottles with different heights within 27–50 mm range can be handled. Ceramic pump requires scheduled cleaning.
