Fonctionnement
Bottles travel continuously on a conveyor (variable-frequency Chuanming motor). Two servo-tracking nozzles pace alongside each bottle, descending to fill while moving in sync — eliminating the start-stop motion of indexed fillers. Servo gear pumps (Xinjie servo-driven, 304 SS pumps) meter the volume. Panasonic PLC reads German SICK product sensors to trigger fill on detected bottle. Filling and tracking servos coordinated via Weintek 7-inch HMI. Air supply required: 0.5-0.8 MPa, Ø8mm inlet.
Processus de fonctionnement
