SED-2YTG-7 — SED-2YTG-7 Fully Automatic Filling, Capping, and Sealing Machine

Vibratory feeder sorts and delivers bottles; robotic arm picks bottles and places them into mold stations on the main turntable. Photoelectric sensor on the main turntable detects empty mold positions and sends signal to PLC — fills only when a bottle is present. If bottle detected, PLC commands the fill nozzle to descend into the bottle for filling; upon completion, an equal-level suction-back device retracts to maintain consistent fill level across all products. Cap placement: vibratory feeder sorts caps; swing arm detects bottle presence and automatically places cap. Middle-sleeve pressing: vibratory feeder sorts middle sleeves; air cylinder presses sleeve into bottle neck, then repeats for confirmation. Servo torque capping: servo motor drives capping head at torque set from touchscreen. Discharge: capped bottles exit via conveyor belt for manual collection or next process.
