Fonctionnement

A pneumatic cylinder reciprocates a piston: on intake the piston draws material from the hopper into the cylinder; on discharge it pushes the dose through the lifting fill nozzle into the bottle. A signal valve adjusts the stroke length to set the fill volume. No bottle = no fill (photoelectric detection). Anti-drip, level-rise nozzle included. The machine is purely pneumatic — no motor drive for the filling mechanism.
