Fonctionnement
Ceramic plunger pump enables quantitative filling. Caps are conveyed and sorted via vibratory feeder. Servo motors control all synchronous actions. PLC programming controller controls motor operation, with HMI for real-time monitoring and fault alarming. Filling at the syringe head eliminates air inside the syringe to maximize qualification rate. Fully automatic feeding, filling, cap arranging and capping.
