Fonctionnement
Bottles enter via centrifugal disc aligner in dual lanes; chuck clamps the bottle body. Vibratory bowl feeds spoons; pneumatic gripper picks and drops the spoon into the bottle. Vibratory bowl feeds caps; servo swing arm picks the cap and pre-threads it. Finally, servo grip-and-spin head applies precise torque to fully tighten the cap. Entire machine controlled by Siemens PLC + touchscreen at 50-60 bottles/min.
Processus de fonctionnement
1Bottles enter via centrifugal disc aligner in dual lanes; chuck clamps the bottle body.
2Vibratory bowl feeds spoons; pneumatic gripper picks and drops the spoon into the bottle.
3Vibratory bowl feeds caps; servo swing arm picks the cap and pre-threads it.
4Finally, servo grip-and-spin head applies precise torque to fully tighten the cap.
5Entire machine controlled by Siemens PLC + touchscreen at 50-60 bottles/min.
