Fonctionnement
Photoelectric sensor detects a passing bottle and transmits a signal to the servo motor, which executes horizontal and vertical movement to pick up and apply the cap. The elevator sorts and delivers caps; the capping head mechanism controlled by servo motors completes the cap-pick-up and screw-on actions. The entire machine is controlled by PLC and touchscreen bus motion control.
Processus de fonctionnement
1Photoelectric sensor detects a passing bottle and transmits a signal to the servo motor, which executes horizontal and vertical movement to pick up and apply the cap.
2The elevator sorts and delivers caps; the capping head mechanism controlled by servo motors completes the cap-pick-up and screw-on actions.
