Fonctionnement
Caps are loaded into a 150 L vibrating-bowl hopper that orients and delivers caps via a feed track to the dual servo-driven capping heads. The bottle is conveyed in a straight line under each capping head. The servo motor drives the capping head to apply precise torque for consistent, reliable cap application. A cap-absence sensor triggers an alarm and optional machine stop if caps run out, ensuring uninterrupted production.
