Fonctionnement
Product is loaded on stainless steel shelves and frozen by silicon-oil-circuit cooling from -50 °C down to the target temperature. The condenser (minimum -80 °C) captures sublimated water vapor from the drying chamber under vacuum (<10 Pa). A ULVAC BSV90 vacuum pump (90 m³/h) evacuates the system; a ZJ-54T pressure sensor monitors vacuum level. The stainless steel magnetic pump circulates silicon oil as the heat-transfer medium for both shelf cooling and heating. An electrically actuated butterfly valve between the drying chamber and condenser permits isolation. The system supports manual and automatic freeze-drying cycles.
