Fonctionnement

Product is loaded (manually or via hoist) into a 28 L hopper, then onto a 2x2-stage vibration tray. Material falls in a waterfall pattern past attitude/orientation guide plates. A high-speed line-array CCD camera (8000 fps, 2048 resolution) plus 6 MP lens captures the falling stream in real time. A vision algorithm counts each piece by image processing, ignoring micro-debris. A synchronized control module triggers a precision diverter to fill the bottle with the preset count. Foot-pedal, touchscreen, or automatic IO-interface discharge modes are supported.
