Fonctionnement

An operator feeds a strip of cotton to the edge of the cotton-pulling roller. The machine automatically conveys, breaks, and inserts the cotton into the feed tube, then rotates to the bottle-mouth position and inserts it into the bottle. The pneumatic system automatically changes bottles according to the PLC-programmed dwell time, enabling fully continuous operation; multiple insertions per bottle are supported.
