SED-2MS — Linear Cotton Inserter

A bottle-blocking cylinder on the conveyor stops incoming bottles at the cotton-stuffing position, aligning the bottle mouth with the cutting mechanism. A stepper motor drives the cotton-conveying mechanism, pulling continuous chain-type medical cotton from the storage bag; the cutter trims it to the target length and the push mechanism inserts it into the bottle. The conveyor then transports filled bottles downstream while the next bottle queues up. Pre-release cotton-pouch design ensures even cotton length. Photoelectric sensors detect bottle presence and cotton-in-bottle status; the machine stops automatically when no bottle is detected or a fault occurs.
