Fonctionnement
After the swab-making head produces cotton swabs, they are transferred via wide-tooth coupling to the drying conveyor belt, where open-air warm air (low-pressure and high-pressure fans) removes moisture during conveyance. Dried swabs are picked by a servo-motor-driven vacuum-suction robotic arm and placed into the selected packaging container (square box / resealable bag / blister card / round canister) according to the chosen packaging platform or jig. The entire process is controlled by a Xinje PLC with LCD touch screen operation.
