Fonctionnement

Vapor-compression refrigeration cycle. A fully sealed scroll compressor circulates R22 refrigerant (R407 optional). High-pressure high-temperature refrigerant gas is discharged and cooled by the air-cooled fin condenser (low-noise axial fan, 2,000 m³/h). Cooled refrigerant is throttled through a capillary tube into the coil-type evaporator, where it absorbs heat from chilled water and vaporizes. The built-in pump (0.37 kW, 20 m head) circulates chilled water from the 27 L stainless steel insulated tank through 1" inlet/outlet ports to the load equipment. The temperature controller automatically starts/stops the compressor based on the setpoint and return-difference to maintain the target temperature. Phase-sequence protection guards against incorrect wiring.
