Fonctionnement

The user loads cups onto the cup-loading station; the disk rotates to position 2 cups to the filling station simultaneously. Screw-rod metering fills coffee powder, followed by pre-cut lid placement and heat sealing. Optional nitrogen flushing improves shelf life. Finished cups are discharged automatically. PLC programmable control; heat-press head temperature 180–230 °C with ~20 min warm-up.
