Fonctionnement
The vessel is heated by electric heaters; a variable-frequency motor drives the stirrer through a magnetic coupler with no mechanical contact, transferring torque without breaking the hermetic static seal. The dedicated PLC-based control unit uses a YUDIAN PID controller to precisely regulate temperature at the vessel, heater and feed tank, while a frequency inverter adjusts stirring speed. The magnetic-coupler static-seal design keeps the entire reaction medium and stirrer assembly in absolute containment.
