Piston-type filling machine: two paste colors are stored in separate 15 L double-jacketed tanks (heated with thermal oil via jacket, agitated by motor) and delivered through independently temperature-controlled barrels, pumps and nozzles to the filling stations on a 16-station rotary table. The sensor-driven dual lift-and-fill system automatically positions the nozzles to the container height; pistons dispense a set volume and a suck-back device prevents drip. PLC coordinates temperature, metering and timing for concentric dual-color spiral filling.
