Fonctionnement

The vertical 316L inner shell is used for atmospheric-pressure reactions. The jacket heats the vessel contents indirectly via electric heating (60 kW at 380 V). The frame-type agitator (4 kW, 380 V, 36 rpm) is driven from the top through a mechanical seal. The outer insulation layer minimizes heat loss. A coil (atmospheric pressure, design temperature 115 °C) is also present for auxiliary media.
