Empty cans loaded by unscrambler (disc Ø1180 mm) → UV sterilization + air-blow cleaning → twin-head auger screw supplemental weighing fill (main + supplement two-stage weighing, accuracy ≤±1%g, up to 8 recipes stored) → automatic can lid feed + servo seaming (2-pass 4-roller, Taiwan-made mould steel, seaming life 10M cans) → can exterior brushing/air-knife cleaning + dust collection → laser coding on can bottom → bottle inversion + dust-cover capping → round collector buffer → manual case packing.
