Fonctionnement
Bottles are fed (by unscrambler or manually) into rotating disc index slots; main disc rotates clockwise indexing bottles to: (1) fill station — sensor detects bottle, servo motor turns auger screw to dose powder; (2) stopper insertion — auto-fitted only if filled; (3) cap-on — only if stoppered; (4) cap-screw — vertical and rotational motion screws cap tight. Bottles exit on chain belt.
