Fonctionnement
Positioning photo-eye locates the cap position on the container → horizontal and vertical servo motors drive the capping head to track the container → automatic capping control completed by PLC + touchscreen. The machine structure comprises: conveyor track, container, positioning photo-eye, conveyor motor, capping head, controller, frame, horizontal movement mechanism, vertical movement mechanism, vertical servo motor, and horizontal servo motor.
