Twin-head screw filling on a turntable indexer. Containers (lipstick tubes, cream jars) load on the turntable; the filling mechanism descends, the screw valve dispenses metered material from a 20 L barrel, then lifts. Turntable rotates to next station. Xinje PLC + Touchwin HMI controls absorption (intake), filling, lifting, and rotation. Filling range 1–25 mL, accuracy ±0.1 mL.
