Fonctionnement

Piston-type quantitative valve fills 1–20 mL doses with ±0.1 mL accuracy through two parallel heads. Dual-layer heated and pressurized 20 L barrel softens viscous materials; negative-pressure plus venting prevents air bursts. Containers index on a small lift-rotating turntable; rotation interval is set on the touchscreen. Nozzle suck-back retracts residual material to prevent dripping. Three modes: manual, automatic, foot-pedal.
