Fonctionnement

The machine uses high-dust-resistant photoelectric counting technology. A vibratory discharge system disperses materials via friction and centrifugal force, guiding them through a photoelectric counting channel formed by OMRON intelligent optical-fiber sensors and amplifiers, which detect and count each particle as it passes. The PLC touch-screen controller accumulates the count and triggers the discharge gate when the preset quantity is reached.

Nettoyage et entretien

After each batch change or at the end of each workday, wipe down all external surfaces and product-contact parts. Disassemble all product-contact components and wash thoroughly. Rinse with water, then dry with compressed air or allow to air-dry. Stainless steel parts may be dried with hot air; acrylic and glass components must not be exposed to high temperatures.
