Fonctionnement
Aluminum-alloy chain advances ampoules through 8 filling heads. Watson-Marlow servo-driven peristaltic pumps dose precisely under PLC + touchscreen control with N₂ pre- and post-fill purge. Mechanical-electronic no-bottle protection halts dosing if a bottle is missing. The machine can stop bottle infeed without stopping the main machine. Pull-flame sealing (city coal gas 1 m³/h or LPG 0.6 kg/h, with oxygen 4 kg/h) finishes each ampoule. Imported linear guideways ensure smooth, precise indexing.
