Fonctionnement
Granular/powder material is placed in die cavities. 10 dies distributed on the turntable perform circular up-down motion along fixed rails; upper and lower punches simultaneously apply uniform pressure to form tablets. Two-step pressure forming (pre-pressure and main pressure rollers each independently adjustable); large-diameter rollers provide optimal compression time. Variable-frequency motor + synchronous toothed belt → reducer → gear pair → ring gear drives the punch disc; VFD allows continuous wide-range output adjustment. Cast-iron body ensures stable operation. Combination upper guide rail and double-sided lifting guide rail ensure uniform punch loading and long punch life. Centralized dry-oil + thin-oil + circulating lubrication system with automatic control. Upper and lower punch-disc holes sealed with special dust- and oil-proof seals; tablet chamber fully sealed for GMP compliance. Anti-vibration feet. Siemens PLC ST40 + 7-inch SMART1000 touchscreen; vacuum feeder for automatic loading; batch waste-rejection selectable by program or manually.
