Pre-made flat-bottom pouches are chain-fed (500–1000 bags loaded at once); vacuum suction cups open both bag sides, cam-rod mechanism spreads bag open and grippers squeeze in; metal-sheet open-bag detection rejects unfilled/unsealed bags (material recyclable); vibratory bowl dispenses scoops; auger filler doses powder (10–5000 g, ±2%/<100 g, ±1%/100–500 g, ±0.5%/>500 g); bag shaping/flattening station, heat sealing, cool sealing/shaping, date coding, conveyor discharge; parallel indexing cam-profile spindle links all stations independently; SS304 food-contact parts.
