Fonctionnement
Continuous-operation cartoner using servo stepper combined with Siemens PLC and 10-inch cantilever touch-screen HMI for stepless frequency-conversion speed regulation. Cartons are fed by a suction-cup mechanism, leaflets are folded (1-4 folds) and inserted, product is loaded, batch numbers applied, cartons sealed and inspected for waste rejection all in one continuous motion at up to 260 cartons/min. Overload protection is provided independently on the whole machine, the paper-folding mechanism, and the pusher.
Processus de fonctionnement
1Continuous-operation cartoner using servo stepper combined with Siemens PLC and 10-inch cantilever touch-screen HMI for stepless frequency-conversion speed regulation.
2Cartons are fed by a suction-cup mechanism, leaflets are folded (1-4 folds) and inserted, product is loaded, batch numbers applied, cartons sealed and inspected for waste rejection all in one continuous motion at up to 260 cartons/min.
