Cartons in a magazine are vacuum-picked and pre-formed by a dual-station planetary outer-ring opener (opens outward, avoiding carton-to-carton collision on wide boxes; two-stage pre-forming ensures full expansion). A synchronized conveyor chain carries cartons through leaflet insertion, product loading by servo swing-tracking blanker (faster and more accurate than fixed-type), batch-number printing, flap tucking/sealing and final inspection/rejection, all in continuous motion at up to 260 cartons/min.
