Fonctionnement
Operator manually loads empty tubes onto the rotary indexing turret. A Panasonic (Japan) colour-mark eye orients each tube to the correct print registration. The piston dosing head fills the tube (6–60/10–120/25–250 mL selectable). The 20 kHz ultrasonic sealing horn welds the open tail with digital auto-frequency tracking; a knife trims the seal. The finished tube ejects. Mitsubishi (Japan) PLC + Weilun (Taiwan) HMI coordinate the cycle through a Yude high-precision indexing cam; ZD high-precision brake motor drives the turret; Hisi VFD controls speed; Leadshine stepper motor drives auxiliaries; Airtac/Chenchen pneumatic cylinders and Airtac solenoid valves actuate each station.
