Fonctionnement
The entire wash drum assembly is suspended on spring and shock-absorber mounts, eliminating the need for a civil foundation. The VFD-driven motor controls drum speed across wash (31-65 rpm), mid-spin and high-spin (400-750 rpm) cycles. An auto-detergent dispenser dissolves additives before contact with laundry, preventing powder caking and fabric scorching. The computer controller (laundry-specialised) manages the full wash programme with LCD HMI interaction. On fault detection, the self-test system identifies and displays the fault for easy maintenance.
