Fonctionnement

Filtered ambient air is heated by 63 kW stainless-steel electric heating elements and enters the dryer top via a hot-air distributor that swirls it into the chamber. Liquid feed delivered by a SS304 twin-screw feed pump (LGB15-1.5-0.75 kW, 0.2–3.5 L/min, VFD) is atomised by a high-speed centrifugal atomiser (DLPW-25-0.75 kW, 18,000–24,000 rpm, VFD). Co-current droplet/hot-air contact evaporates 95–98% of the water in seconds. Dried powder is collected via two long-cone cyclones (CZT-5.0, SUS304) into 20 L SS receivers. Remaining fines are scrubbed by the wet-film dust collector and exhausted by a 2.2 kW induced-draft fan. Three pneumatic vibrators de-cake the cone bottoms.
