The SED-25LZD-A (Labeling Edition) is a labeling and bagging machine for packaging of products into PE pre-opened continuous roll bags. It accommodates bag sizes from 80×50 mm up to 500×250 mm with single-layer thickness

Fonctionnement
The DC power supply heats a nichrome (Ni-Cr) wire seal knife to seal the bag. A fibre-optic sensor detects the bag position on the roll, and a patented AI-controlled current-sensing sensor confirms bag presence and counts. Labels are printed and applied inline before or after bagging.
