Fonctionnement
Warm process water enters via the DN80 inlet, is distributed through the PVC spray system, and flows downward through flame-retardant PVC fill. A top-mounted 4-blade axial fan (Φ770 mm, 910 rpm, air flow 12,000 m³/h) draws ambient air upward in counterflow, promoting latent-heat evaporation. Cooled water collects in the FRP basin and exits via the DN80 outlet. A DN15 float valve maintains basin water level; a DN25 drain allows basin cleaning. Drift loss ≤0.005 %; evaporation loss ≤0.833 %.
