Fonctionnement
Using the weight imbalance between the capsule cap (heavier end) and body (lighter, open end), the machine arranges caps and bodies onto separate conversion plates with openings facing up through calibrated electromagnetic vibration. The operator (or an optional powder dispenser) fills the bodies while they are held in the template. The sealing machine then joins cap and body, completing the fill-and-lock cycle. Each cycle handles 255 capsules; production capacity is approximately 10,000 capsules/hour depending on operator count and proficiency.
