Fonctionnement
Three-belt dynamic checkweigher. Buffer belt accelerates the product to a stable speed and isolates it from upstream variation. Weighing belt sits on a Mettler-Toledo 10 kg digital load cell; high-speed A/D sampler captures the dynamic weight as the product crosses, then the controller computes a stable mean and compares against preset min/max limits. Reject belt then removes out-of-spec products via the configured mechanism (air-blow / pusher / flap / arm). Auto-zero and dynamic zero tracking compensate for drift; recipes auto-recall product parameters on selection; self-learning mode automatically determines optimal parameters for new products.
