Fonctionnement

Folded wet tissues are fed in (optionally inline with a folding machine). Liquid is automatically dispensed and a press wets the tissue to a controlled humidity. Film is unwound and tracked by a color photoelectric eye with bidirectional auto-compensation. Four DORNA servo motors drive the bag-making and infeed: bag length is auto-detected and auto-set during operation — no manual setting required. The package is closed in a trilateral H-type seal pattern to enclose the wet wipe in a sealed pouch.
