Fonctionnement

Wet/blended material enters the charging bucket and falls onto an oscillating roller (φ320 mm assembly) inside the granulating chamber. The roller swings through 360° at 50 r/min, forcing the mass through a perforated sieve. The sieve aperture sets the granule size; oversized lumps are sheared and broken into the target fraction; finished granules drop out below. The machine cannot be started without safe earthing.
