SED-250YGD-H is an automatic eight-station premade-pouch (rotary doy-pack) packaging machine. The eight stations cycle: pouch pickup → coding/zipper open → pouch open → fill → vacuum/N2 inert flush → seal → zipper close

Fonctionnement
Premade pouches stacked in the magazine are picked up at station 1 by vacuum suction cups. Coding and zipper opening occur at station 2. The pouch is held by gripper claws and opened at station 3 with vacuum cups + opening forks. At station 4 the metered fill (liquid via pump, or other depending on filler) drops in. Station 5 evacuates air and optionally injects nitrogen. Station 6 heat-seals the top. Station 7 closes the zipper if present. Station 8 straightens and discharges the finished pack down a slide chute. Sensors at upstream stations cancel fill or seal if pouch / product detection fails.
