Fonctionnement
Wet or dry mass is fed into the SUS304 sieve drum. A rotary granulating knife with multiple scrapers presses the mass through a sized mesh screen, breaking it into uniform granules that fall through the bottom of the drum. The drive train consists of a 5.5 kW Jiangyin motor connected via three B-type V-belts to a self-made gearbox, which in turn drives the granulating knife shaft.
Processus de fonctionnement
