Fonctionnement

Two-stage RO. Raw water is buffered in a 0.5 T tank, pumped through quartz-sand and activated-carbon filters (with automatic Runxin TMF71Q control valves) for suspended-solids and chlorine removal. Water passes a 20" PPF cartridge polish filter, then a 1.5 kW multistage high-pressure pump forces it across two 4040 RO membranes (first pass). The first-pass permeate feeds a second multistage high-pressure pump and another two 4040 RO membranes (second pass), producing high-purity water that is collected in a 0.3 T sterile SS304 tank. A UV sterilizer (0.5 T/h) further disinfects the supply, then a 2 T/h pump distributes pure water to points of use. Conductivity is monitored continuously by a CM-230 meter.
