Fonctionnement
Roll film is unwound and tracked by a high-sensitivity register-mark photo eye. A custom forming collar folds the two edges of the film around the conveyed product to form a tube. A heated double-rotor PID-controlled center seal bonds the back seam (fin or lap seal). Three independent servos synchronize cross seal/cutter, longitudinal seal and feed conveyor — eliminating mechanical cams. The cross-seal hot-knife rotates at a speed automatically tracked by the motion controller to match film travel, sealing both ends of each pillow pack and cutting between bags. Anti-cut and anti-empty-pack interlocks pause sealing/cutter as needed.
