SED-250SZ-H — Mélangeur-granulateur humide

Three-stage one-pot wet granulation: (1) main and auxiliary powders are loaded into the SUS304 mixing barrel through the lid; (2) the three-blade mixing wheel rotates at low then high speed (130/188 rpm) causing regular spiral 3-D motion that achieves complete blending — even small amounts of pigment or coloured particles are dispersed uniformly, and 8–12% starch slurry moistens the mass rapidly; (3) with binder added, the side-mounted multi-layer herringbone cutter accelerates to 1440/2900 rpm and cuts the wet mass into loose snowflake-like granules of 20–80 mesh in a short time. All three stages — mixing, wetting, and granulating — proceed automatically and continuously, completing within approximately 10 minutes.
